Notes Harbor is an Arabic-first learning platform for nursing and health-science students, and a store for study material. Using the platform or buying from it means you accept these terms.

Our material is written to support study and training. It is not clinical advice, and it does not replace your own clinical judgement, the supervision of those senior to you, or the approved protocol where you work. Where they differ, your hospital's policy is what counts.

• Accounts are for people aged 18 or over, and are personal: you are responsible for keeping your password private and for what happens through the account.
• You need a valid email address, confirmed before your first sign-in.
• The information you give us needs to be accurate.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

The store sells two kinds of product, and each product page says which kind it is before you buy.

• Digital — files and material added to your account once payment is confirmed, to download whenever you like.
• Physical — a product posted to you, which needs to be in stock and needs a delivery address.

Inside your account you will also find interactive learning content and short challenges. Some features are added or change as the platform develops.

Prices are in Omani rials and shown on the product page. Before you confirm an order you are shown the full final amount, including any delivery charge, and nothing is added after that.

• Bank card — entered on the payment provider's own page; it does not pass through us.
• Bank transfer — you transfer the amount and upload the receipt, and the order is approved once we have checked it arrived.

A digital product reaches your account as soon as payment is confirmed. It stays yours with no expiry date and no download limit, for as long as your account exists. If the platform ever closes, we will tell you in good time to download what you own.

A physical product is posted to the address you enter at checkout. Delivery is available only to the governorates we have activated; those appear at checkout with their charge, if any. We let you know when your order is dispatched.

If a learning subscription is available and you take one, it runs for the period stated at purchase — unlike products you buy, which do not expire.

What you buy is licensed to you for your own study and training. Notes Harbor's material belongs to Notes Harbor.

• Do not republish, resell, or upload the files elsewhere.
• Do not share your account or your download links.
• Do not try to reach answer keys or content your account does not include.
• Do not use automated means to harvest content from the platform.

Creating games is not open to everyone: you request permission, and once approved you can create your own private games for your class. What you create stays yours, and by publishing it you give us a non-exclusive licence to display and run it inside the platform. Official challenges are run by Notes Harbor.

We work to keep the platform available without guaranteeing it is never interrupted: it may pause for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may also suspend an account that breaches these terms, particularly by redistributing paid material or sharing the account.

Our liability to you for any claim about a product you bought does not exceed what you paid for it. None of this limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and none of it affects your rights under Omani consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the Omani courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
